Air ticket booking on the website repjegy.hu, payment of due charges and issuance of the air ticket of the passenger establish a carriage contract between the respective airline and the passenger, with the intermediation of Weco-Online Kft. Weco-Online Kft. is entitled to a service fee for the use of the Internet booking sites as follows. The service fee is non-refundable once the ticket is issued.

The contract is considered to be made in writing.

If the air ticket is booked personally in the office of Weco-Online Kft. or by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address of Weco-Online Kft., the present General Terms of Contract apply to the contract thus established.

1. Air ticket booking and establishment of the contract of carriage

The website repjegy.hu (hereinafter: reservation system) displays flights, prices, duties and fees as contained in the global reservation systems and the databases of individual airlines. For the use of the reservation system Weco-Online Kft. charges a service fee that is already included in the price confirmed. For bank/credit card payment related to the purchase of air tickets of traditional (non-low-cost) airlines Weco-Online Kft. charges bank card handling fee. In addition to the price of the ticket and the airport tax low-cost airlines may charge bank card transaction fees stated in their fee schedule and occasionally other fees also that they display only in the final phase of reservation before payment.

Air tickets can be booked in our office also. Air ticket prices are stated based on available seats at the time of booking.

You can correct data mistakenly entered during booking by clicking the Back button of the browser to get to the page to enter data.

The system will prepare an automatic confirmation at the time of air ticket booking but within 48 hours at the latest and will send it to the e-mail address you stated. The user is responsible for receiving e-mails, we assume no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails and for damage resulting from inability to access e-mails.

If you do not receive the automatic confirmation in a few minutes at the address you stated, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

If the confirmation is not received within 48 hours of sending the order by the user, the user is not bound by the order or is released from the contractual obligation.

Please treat the booking code in the confirmation confidentially and do not allow unauthorized persons access to the booking code. We assume no liability for damage resulting from the inappropriate handling of the booking code.

If you have several bookings for the same route and/or times, please make sure you cancel the booking you will not need as airlines cancel double bookings without prior notice. We assume no liability for the resulting damage.

The contract of carriage is entered into by the airline and the passenger when the passenger pays the countervalue of the air ticket and the air ticket is issued. The provisions of the general terms of business of the airline concerned apply to the contract of carriage established.

2. Provision of travel data

Passenger data are to be provided in line with the data stated in the valid document (passport or identity card) used for the trip. Airlines can refuse carriage if data shown in the identification document differ from data stated in the flight ticket.

The user is responsible to provide data. The user is responsible to check passenger data in the automatic confirmation sent after booking and inform Weco-Online Kft. without delay if any inaccuracy is discovered. Weco-Online Kft. does not assume any liability for damages arising from the provision of inaccurate data.

3. Contact person data

The reservation system allows naming a contact person. Weco-Online Kft. sends all advices to the contact person and to the e-mail address stated in the reservation system. Weco-Online Kft. does not assume any liability for forwarding these advices to the passengers.

4. Travel documents

Passengers are responsible to make sure that they have all the documents necessary for the trip. Weco-Online Kft. does not check the availability of necessary documents and does not take responsibility for the failure of a trip due to lack of necessary documents or lack of visa.

In general international rules require that documents (passport, identity card) be valid for 6 months after the return date. Please make sure you check visa requirements valid in the countries of transfer cities and the destination country with the foreign representations of the countries concerned.

Due to eventual changes in flight schedules and flight cancellations please contact the customer service of the airline concerned to confirm your booking 72 hours prior to departure. Weco-Online Ltd. does not assume any liability for damage due to flight cancellations and delays.

Due to growing air traffic and increasingly strict security requirements you must show up at the airport at least 2 hours in advance of the departure time stated on the ticket. Some airports may have more stringent rules. Check-in time may vary by airlines, airports and flights, therefore please make sure you check it with us or at the web site of the airline prior to your trip.

5. Booking and air ticket modification and refund

Bookings and tickets already issued can be modified or refunded in line with the rules of the airlines only. Please contact us about the exact ticket regulations before purchase the ticket. Please inform us in e-mail of your intention to cancel at the latest 2 business days prior to departure. We will advise passengers in writing on the possibility to modify, refund and the eventually arising costs that the passenger has to accept prior to actual modification, refund.

During booking the system and later the automatic confirmation e-mail will provide information on the most important terms of the air ticket.

If you paid your air ticket with bank card or credit card, for passenger security reasons eventual refunds can be made only to the bank account linked to the card used to make the purchase. Refund administration may take up to 7-21 days depending upon the airline concerned, the bank making the debit item and the bank managing the account of the customer. We do not assume any liability for delays in bank and credit card payment refunds.

Air ticket modification and refund are considered separate services for which Weco-Online Kft. charges modification/cancellation fee in addition to the fees of the airline.

If the passenger has a return ticket and any section of the ticket is not used (no-show), the airline will automatically cancel the booking related to the ticket and for later sections it rejects to transport the passenger.

6. Payment methods

Air ticket price is to be paid before the ticketing deadline stated in the confirmation as airlines automatically cancel unpaid bookings.

The airline can change the ticketing deadline any time after booking. In this case we inform passengers in e-mail on the new deadline.

The airline can withdraw fees after booking and prior to ticketing. Therefore in rare cases it may occur that the price stated in the confirmation cannot be guaranteed before the ticketing deadline either.


Airlines undertake price guarantee only for air tickets issued, therefore we recommend you pay with bank card immediately upon booking.

6.1. Online bank card payment

If you pay with bank card Weco-Online Kft. charges the amount stated in the offer in one item.

The amount includes airline fees (air ticket price + taxes), Weco-Online Kft. service fee, bank card payment fee and the fee of selected insurance(s).

With bank card payment the air ticket is issued immediately upon payment.

Tickets of traditional (non-low cost) airlines:
Immediately upon payment we e-mail you an automatic confirmation with the electronic air ticket attached.

Tickets of low cost airlines:

Immediately upon payment we e-mail you a confirmation. Airline confirmation (air ticket) is sent in a separate e-mail.

6.2. Bank transfer or cash deposit at MKB

Please enter the six digit booking number and the remark ’air ticket’ in the reference field. Upon receipt of the amount we issue the air ticket if the amount is credited to our account before the ticketing deadline stated in the confirmation.

Please make sure that the amount is to be received in our account until the ticketing day.

Air ticket(s) are e-mailed to the address stated in the booking.

7. Taking receipt of air tickets:

Air tickets booked and paid for before the ticketing deadline are delivered in line with the method of taking receipt of air tickets stated in the booking either by e-mail or personally in our offices in case of personal payment in our offices.

The user is responsible for making sure that the e-mail account stated is suitable to receive the electronic ticket. Weco-Online Kft. assumes no liability for damage resulting from non-compliance with this obigation.


8. Invoicing:

The invoice on air ticket is issued to the address stated under invoicing data. The invoice is handed over jointly with the air ticket (in case of personal payment) or e-mailed (e-ticket).

Please note that the accounting certificates issued by Weco-Online Kft. cannot be interpreted to mean that the contract of carriage is established between the passenger and Weco-Online Kft. The passenger is entitled to enforce any claim related to the fulfilment of the contract of carriage against teh airline concerned only.

Invoices issued can be modified in the month of booking against payment of the applicable fee.

The location of complaint management is the Pest side office of HurráNyaralunk.hu.

The contract established is not filed.

The language of the General Terms of Contract is Hungarian, in case of disputes the provisions of Hungarian law apply.
